Sara Delman came to Gilman & Bedigian, LLC in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in paralegal studies and six years of experience. Sara is responsible for the firm's litigation department. Sara is the main point of contact between the attorneys, clients, witnesses, experts and opposing counsel.
She vigorously works on clients' files from the beginning of the Litigation Process until the matter reaches trial or settlement. She investigates and works with clients to draft the complaint, coordinate depositions, answer discovery and prepare clients and their file for trial. She manages calendar dates and court deadlines in all litigation cases.
She has extensive knowledge in personal injury, federal workers compensation and medical malpractice law. Sara has been involved with many of the firm's multi-million dollar matters.
