
Mark is a trial attorney with the firm. His focus includes catastrophic injuries, personal injury, automobile accidents, and premises liability. He joins Gilman & Bedigian with years of trial experience in civil litigation in courts throughout the State of Maryland, including at the federal and appellate level, having litigated cases for both plaintiffs and defendants. He also handled criminal and traffic defense matters for over a decade-every kind of case ranging from parking tickets to the death penalty. He has also appeared as counsel in numerous administrative hearings.
Mark graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was a member of the Sigma Delta Kappa Law Fraternity, in 1991. He has been practicing law since 1991. He graduated from Michigan State University in 1988 with a dual major in Psychology and Criminal Justice.
Mark has spoken about legal matters at various schools in Baltimore City and Baltimore County. He has acted as a Moot Court judge and mentor. He has coached local Little League and been an assistant Den leader for the Cub Scouts.
Mark is admitted to practice in State and Federal Court in Maryland. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association.
